All service technicians carry a case with them containing the most common original consumer and spare parts from Mitsubishi Electric. This means no waiting times, and direct machine availability.

All on-site service and hotline operations are carried out by skilled employees. Many years experience as service technicians in EDM and control technology offer you security during their work.
We are glad to advise you regarding preventive repairs and maintenance. Our long-standing service engineers carry out training on "old" machines" for you.
